Museum Pass and Mobile Hotspot Program News
Many of you have already taken advantage of Chester County and Henrietta Hankin Branch Libraries’ very popular Museum Pass Program that provides free admission to various museums and historic sites in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. For those of you who haven’t yet reserved a museum pass, we hope you will make use of this special program by visiting area attractions with your friends and family- most passes admit 4 or more people! Additionally, we’ve updated our lending policies for special items like Museum Passes and Mobile Hotspots- please have a look at our FAQs. New to the FAQs are details on the importance of canceling a reservation if you will not be using it.
The program continues to support educational and cultural experiences by providing access to the following sites:
Academy of Natural Sciences
Battleship New Jersey
Chanticleer: A Pleasure Garden (Reopens March 29)
Chester County Historical Society
Elmwood Park Zoo
Independence Seaport Museum
Grounds for Sculpture (CCL)
National Constitution Center
Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts
Customers with valid and fine-free library cards can borrow museum passes for one day. The passes must be borrowed and returned at the same library. Both libraries have the same passes, but availability varies by library. For more information about the Museum Pass Program, please visit this page or call 610-280-2650 / 610-321-1715.
The Museum Pass Program is supported by the Friends groups of the Chester County and Henrietta Hankin Branch Libraries, the Chester County Library Trust, Sam’s Club, Exton Square Mall, Omega Design Corporation, TD Bank, and Wegman’s.
